Initially, Glue Machinery focused on the packaging industry with hot melt systems. This focus on packaging turned out to be a very good choice for Glue Machinery, as hot melt machinery was an important new technology for major packaging companies. Offering quality product and strong product support Glue Machine secured major long term customers such as GE, Hershey, DuPont, Coca-Cola, Nabisco, Perdue Farms, McCormick, and Sherwin Williams. Glue Machinery proved that a small, highly focused company could service the largest packaging companies in the world for many years while maintaining a high standard of success and quality.
With these many years of expertise in packaging Glue Machinery application expertise expanded into printing, aerospace, product assembly, converting, non-wovens, automotive, and electronics with major customers worldwide such as 3M, RR Donnelley, NASA, Johnson and Johnson, Barnes and Noble, Toyota, Black & Decker, Carrier Corporation, Electrolux and others.
Glue Machinery Corporation has recently moved to a new facility in Baltimore MD to accommodate large increases in adhesive systems sales worldwide. This facility includes large assembly areas, dedicated staff, a testing lab, video documentation area, service center and a large inventory of parts.
