Bulk Hot Melt Equipment melts and pumps hot melt in quantities through flexible heated hoses to handguns or automatic guns quickly.

Hot Melt Roll Coaters

Hot Coat™ and Hot Coat Plus™ hot melt roll coaters are an efficient tool for coating flat materials from thin paperboard to blocks of wood and styrofoam with hot melt adhesive.  This equipment is used extensively in the packaging industry and is available in sizes from 7" to 31".

 Benchtop “Hands Free” Hot Melt Units

The Shot Pot™, Shot Pot™ Timer and Shot Pot™ Timer Dual apply precise hot melt patterns to materials manually positioned under the nozzle with the actuation of a foot switch to create a "Hands Free" assembly environment. This insures faster production, better accuracy and less hot melt consumption in a wide range of applications to include packaging, fulfillment, product assembly and applications requiring hot melt.

PUR Hot Melt Machinery
 

Glue Machinery Corporation™ PUR Hot Melt Equipment efficiently melts, pumps and applies this unique curing hot melt with precision from 310 ml cartridges, 2 kg slugs, 5 gallon/20 liter pails and 55 gallon/200 liter drums.

Our tools are used in automotive, aerospace, packaging, plastics, woodworking and a host of industrial gluing applications.
PUR Hot Melt is able to bond dissimilar or temperature sensitive substrates, and works well in high temperature or humid environments.

Adhesives

Range of industrial hot melt adhesives and cold glues available
Hot Melts include Removable, Permanent, Pressure Sensitive ( Fugitive, EVA/ Polyolefin, Pressure Sensitive, PUR polyurethance)
Cold Glues are water based adhesives to also include removable and permanent adhesives.

Automatic Cold Glue Guns

These are adhesive applicators that cycle with an electric “On” and “Off” to apply very precise patterns of water based and other adhesives.
These systems apply pressurized low viscosity adhesive in dots, lines, multiple lines, flat patterns, spray patterns, cycle into the millions and are extremely accurate tools used in all manufacturing facilities.

Manual Cold Glue Handguns & Nozzles

Cold Glue Handguns are adhesive applicators that allow an operator to apply liquid adhesive with accuracy from a pressurized system.
All tools are manually triggered and are available with a range of nozzles to apply dots, lines, multiple lines, flat patterns, and spray patterns.

Label Gluers & Roll Coaters

These tools precisely coat thin paper to rigid corrugated with precise coatings of water based adhesive.  These systems either doctor adhesive onto a roll or coat a micrometer roll from a tank roller and transfer the adhesive to the substrate that contacts the coating roller. 
All of these low maintenance tools offer total simplicity in design, and feature adhesive coat weight adjustability.

Pumps & Pressure Tanks

These are used to transfer low to medium viscosity adhesive under pressure to applicators.  Pumps range from small diaphragm pump to high pressure piston pumps. 
Pressure vessels are “wide mouth” available in 2 and 5 gallon capacity and 2.5 and 4 gallon with lidded polyethylene liner tanks for continuous use with minimal maintenance.

Pattern Controllers & Detectors

These are used to cycle automatic glue guns with time or distance based input. 
All timers offer incredible precision and are simple to program.

Cold Glue Systems

All Glue Machinery Corporation™ Cold Glue Systems are built specifically to transfer adhesive to an applicator that allows for the precise placement of adhesive in a variety of patterns.
