The Ergo Erector™ simplified box erecting improves package quality, accelerates the box building process and reduces adhesive consumption by as much as 50%
The operator easily square boxes by sliding them over the mandrel, fold in the minor flaps and apply the hot melt adhesive to the minor flaps, then compress the major flapsa gainst the mandrel and seal the case bottom permanently.
The mandrel system insures that the minor flaps do not deflect away from the major flaps when compressed and the maximum bond is acheived immediately.
The complete Ergo Erector™ system includes a steel workstation base, adjustable heigh mandrel, mandrel specific to your box or boxes, high volume hot melt tank, hose and gun, welded steel hot melt tank stand, and adjustable boom, hose cradle, and tool balancer.
Assembly is very easy, typically taking one hour.
