Details:
- Hot Melt Roll coaters are used for the coating of large quantities of product with hot melt.
- Hot Coat Systems available in 7, 11, 15, 23 and 31 " widths
- Hot Coat Plus with driven nip roller precisely coat sustrates to .4" thick with .001" to .010" coatings
- Hot Coat without drip nip roll easily coat blocks of material
- Pneumatic Level Control automatically cycles pump on hot melt unit to fill Hot Coat tank
- Hot Melt Consumption rates to 75 lbs per hour
