Product Details: Supplement the melt rate of the Champ hot melt handguns with the one gallon Champ Sump with piston pump and Champ gun docking station. Position the handgun under the Champ™ Sump spigot and pump the piston to fill the Champ 3 and 5 with 2.7 ounces of hot melt with each stroke.
- Tank Size: 4 Quart
- Melts up to 4 quarts per hour depending on adhesive.
- 3/4" Adhesive Outlet.
- Flow Actuation/Shut Off: Spring Loaded needle valve with handle.
- Gravity Flow Rate: depends on adhesive viscocity and amount of adhesive in tank.
