SR and S Series Hot Melt Adhesive System:
- 10, 20, 50, 100 lb capacity.
- 2, 4 and 6 hoses gun capable.
- 100-450ºF operating temperature range.
- ± 1ºF temperature accuracy.
- Patented "Melt on Demand" tank configuration.
- Piston pump or choice of variable speed gear pump.

SR and S Series Hot Melt Tanks are computer controlled hot melt supply units designed
on metric standards. Its "all-icon" control panel, with choice of display languages, is internationally
operator friendly. It is available for 120v, 240v, or 340v service.
SR and S Series Tanks are available in four hopper sizes and with a choice of piston or gear pump.
The SR and S Series Adhesive Supply Units use a microprocessor temperature control to closely control
the temperature of hot melt adhesive for up to six hoses and six heads.
Temperature setpoint are operator-selected for up to fourteen zones and the system automatically
provides warnings and alarms for operator erros and system malfunctions.
SR and S Series Tanks provide accurate, proportionate temperature control for the hopper, hoses and
applicators. Sequential heating delays may be programmed for turn-on of the hoses and heads.
A "standby' temperature may be programmed so that the temperature zones can be maintained
at a lower temperature when the hot melt adhesive supply unit is not in active use, enabling rapid
return to normal operation.
