Hot Melt Fiberization System offers non contact lamination capabilities with hot melts by oscillating small fibers of hot melt from up to 26 orfice per inch at high speed simutaneously. Zone coating weights start at .5 gsm and the system is capable of overall coatings similiar to the Continous Slot Die System. Pattern widths start at 2mm and can be as wide as necessary with the stacking of applicators. |
