Product Details:

  • "Melt On Demand" hopper grid with  tubular cast in heaters (7 Year tank heater warranty)
  • 12-17 lb. per hour melt rate capability depending upon adhesive
  • 10 lb. capacity Teflon anodized vertical storage hopper
  • Microprocessor temperature controls to include:
    - Digital readout
    - Simple touch pad controls
    - Key control temperature lockout
  • - Set Back Stand by temperature controls
  • Two adhesive delivery tube and applicator capability
  • Constant pressure 12:1 piston pump or range of constant speed gear pumps
  • 2 lb. per minute maximum output rate from piston pump and gear pumps
  • Adhesive pressure relief valve
  • 40 mesh filter basket in hose manifold
  • 120 or 240 volt single phase operation
