- 10 ounce capacity removable melt tank
- Melts and applies glue in dot or bead form
- Melts and applies a wide range of hot melt adhesive to include polyamides, polyolefins, PSA’s and EVA’s to approximately 10,000 cps
- Melts and applies PUR in 310mL cartridge form
- Adjustable temperatures controls from 122°F- 410°F (Champ MAX HT available to operate to 450° F) PUR hot melt operates at lower temperatures than standard hot melts - consult PUR supplier for correct operational temperature
- Temperature readout within 1°F accuracy
- Adhesive Output volume Control
- Pneumatic trigger switch
- Check valve "no drip" nozzle tip
- 120V (240V special order)
- Requires compressed air -low SCFM
- Applies down onto substrates only
- Adapter and 1.9mm orifice nozzle included

- The umbilical cable back to the included air regulator that houses the air line and power cord is 15’. The power cords from the end of the umbilical cord is 12’.
