Product Details:

  • Used for coating large quantities of product with hot melt.
  • Hot Coat System available in 7, 12, 16, 23, and 31" widths.
  • Hot Coat Plus option with driven nip roller precisely coats blocks of material.
  • Pneumatic Level Control automatically cycles pump on hot melt unit to fill Hot Coat Tank.
  • Hot Melt Consumption rates to 75 lbs. per hour. (or more, depending on Hot Coat unit).
Adhesive consumption example requiring Hot Coat Plus High Volume: 10" Coating width x .010" coating x 10 FPM = 25.6 lbs per hour.
