R Gluer - Standard Paper and Paperboard

The R Gluer applies water based glues with absolute precision to thin flexible substrates up to semi rigid materials to 1/8” thick. With the Thick Board attachment option customers apply glue to paperboard up to corrugated and  other materials to 3/8” thick Simple to operate, easy to clean. Available in roller widths of 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21 inches. The full load amperage requirement for the 120V R Gluer  is 6.4Amp/50-60Hz.

Materials laminated with water-based adhesives must be compressed. In some cases, the glued substrates must be held in compression until the glue bond has dried completely.
