Product Details:

1. Bolt the Boom Base in the desired location.
2. Loosely insert the Hose Boom Arm into the Boom Base to determine the desire height for the Hose Hammock. Include the height of the Balancer and hardware (approx. 16")
3. Mark the Hose Boom's point of entry into the Boom Base, and remove the Hose Boom.
4. Disassemble the Shaft Collar halves, and re-assemble onto the Hose Boom at the marked point of entry to the Boom Base.
5. Attach the Balancer to the Hose Boom arm.
6. Attach the Quick Clip to the Balancer cable.
7. Attach the Hose Hammock Assembly to the Quick Clip.
8. Loosen the butterfly nuts on each of the Hammocks hose clamps, toggle the nuts open allowing the clamp bottom halves to swing open.
9. Carefully install the hose into the bottom halve of each clamp starting with the center.
10. Gently swing the clamp bottoms up bringing the hose into the top halves of the clamps, toggle the butterfly nuts closed.
11. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE CLAMPS; Overtightening the clamps can damage the hose. The clamps do not need to be entirely closed. Tighten only until the hose does not slide easily in the assembly.
12. If your hose is a smaller diameter than a standard 1.5" diameter hot melt hose, add the provided self-adhesive rubber shims to the two Hammock end hose clamps. Only add the shims to the bottom clamps, and test the fit. If necessary to secure the hose, add shims to the top halves as well.
