  Glue Machinery Corporation builds and sells hot melt and cold glue machinery worldwide. Many of our customers equip their conveyors with our glue machinery to apply adhesive to substrates that pass under our applicators. After the glue application they assemble parts downstream on or off the conveyor. They also require precise glue pattern controllers and in many case Glue Diligence testing that  we provide. We have determined that we have done this so many times that we should  offer  a complete package to our customers. The Glue Conveyor Assembly Line is simple to build and operate and is considered relatively  inexpensive when compared to robotics. Place the part to be glued on the conveyor belt and  convey the component under the glue nozzles for a perfect glue pattern every time. With hot melt we offer extrusion  in the form of beads, Multi-Bead Extrusion in the  form of many beads on close centers, swirl and fiberization. With water based cold  glue we offer extrusion and spray.
