The Shot Pot™ FAST 2X allows operators to quickly and preciselty apply two beads of hot melt to larger carton flaps insuring a stronger, more complete package closure. Parallel patterns can be a maximum of 2.5” apart and as close as .50” Simply position the flap in the first guide rail and move the carton past the nozzle for glue bead #1 and repeat process in the second guide rail for glue bead #2 Simple Operation: 1. Position carton against guide rail. 2. Move left to right or right to left under nozzle and sensors 3. Repeat process in second guide rail3.
