The Economelt 10 Hot Spray Distillate System will improve the speed and ease with which you apply distillate to your products, and this equipment will last many years with proper care and minimal maintenance. Users may add a Boom/Balancer package to enhance the ergonomics of the application.

- 7 to 15 lb / hour melting rate depending on system voltage and adhesive
- Air powered piston pump
- Max viscosity: 12,000 CPS
- Max Operation Temp: 220ºC/428ºF

- Operates with one 6, 8 or 12’ hose 120 or 240 V

- Also available as a Extrusion System only to apply beads of hot melt
- Maximum pump air consumption at 60PSI 1.4 SCFM (30 pump cycles per minute)
- The EconoMelt™ 10 utilizes analog temperature controllers and type k thermocouples. These analog temperature controllers are factory preset and calibrated to the thermocouple. These do not require re-calibration.
