Melter with pump for fast hot melt filling of the Champ™ 3, 5, and 10.
- Read and understand Champ 600 manual before operating
- Only apply hot melt down to substrate
- Operate when adhesive is molten in chamber only
- Never tilt the gun back or lay down
- Always insure back lid is closed before using
- Do not overfill reservoir
- Add small quantities of hot melt to the reservoir regularly

Champ™ 600 Bulk Hot Melt Glue Gun
The Champ™ 600 Industrial Hot Melt Handgun, with 8 ounce melt tank, has a high output piston pump, The "No Drip" check valve nozzle tip virtually eliminates stringing. This tool also comes complete with adjustable temperature controls and a locking tank lid, for use with low cost bulk hot melt adhesives.
This tool produces a bead or line pattern.
